JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

The position involves working as a teacher primarily in grade 1 at Beringskolan.

With commitment and enthusiasm, you create a safe learning environment for students based on mutual respect, collaboration, and stimulating students to learn. You have good leadership skills and keep yourself updated on global monitoring and school development.

In collaboration with other staff, you strive to create a pleasant environment for both students and staff. You will use InfoMentor as a tool for documentation as well as for student and parent contacts.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for you who are a certified F-3 teacher. We prefer that you are qualified in mathematics and Swedish. You are accustomed to working with a clear goal focus based on governing documents.

To succeed in the job, you need to build trusting relationships with your students and find it easy to collaborate with colleagues. You have commitment, enthusiasm, and a genuine interest in teaching. Furthermore, you are a confident pedagogical leader with the ability to critically analyze your work, good ability to use digital technology in teaching, as well as a tool for information, planning, and documentation.

As a person, you are communicative, attentive, and well-acquainted with the ethical principles for teachers, and have the ability to analyze and document students' abilities and knowledge.

To enable us to consider your application, you must attach your degree certificate and teaching license. If you are offered employment, a criminal record extract from the police is required according to the provisions in Chapter 2, Sections 31-33 of the Education Act.

A teaching license is required for the position. Great emphasis is placed on personal suitability.
